Up until now, scratched CD's or DVD's have been the bane of many many good people who have really done nothing to deserve such a thing! It seems no matter how hard we try to look after are discs they always find a way of getting scuffed and, before you know it, they're skipping or, even worse, not working at all!

The only solutions involved repairing the discs once they were damaged, either commercially or with your own repair kit which could be very costly and, as they used special acids to smooth the discs, ultimately wore the discs out even more so making them even more vunrable. And for those amongst you who were frantically rubbing toothpaste onto your discs... well... let's not even go there!
