Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and should take about 1-2 working days to reach you but possibly up to 5 working days in busy postal periods. Should you require a different delivery service please contact us to make arrangements. Order before 3pm for a same-day dispatch.

ORDER CANCELLATION / RETURNS
If for any reason you need to cancel your order please email us on our contact page or call us during normal office hours. Orders and payment are processed immediately when you complete an online order and a 15% refund charge will apply to cover the costs of this. If your order has already been dispatched we will issue you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation number) number and recommend a shipping method to return the goods. We do not cover the cost of returning goods.

REFUND POLICY
If your order is for physical goods and you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please call us during office hours or email us on our contact page within 7 days of receipt of your order. As above you will need an RMA number if you would like to send any goods back to us for a refund. We will provide a refund of the goods minus a 15% restocking charge if they are returned within 14 days, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. We do not cover the cost of returning the goods. We do not offer returns/refunds for digital products purchased and delivered from our website.
